বিস্তারিত

The Xiaomi Smart Camera C701 4K UHD Security Camera is designed to help users monitor indoor spaces through detailed video, remote camera control, and intelligent activity detection. Its 8MP sensor captures video at 3840 × 2160 resolution, allowing you to view your home or other indoor areas with high image detail.

The camera combines 4K imaging with HDR, a large-aperture f/1.6 lens, and infrared night vision. Through the Xiaomi Home app, users can remotely view the camera feed, adjust its viewing direction, and communicate through the built-in speaker and microphone.

4K UHD Imaging with HDR

The C701 uses an 8MP image sensor and a 6P optical lens with an f/1.6 aperture. Its 3840 × 2160 resolution provides detailed video for indoor monitoring, while HDR helps preserve visible information across brighter and darker areas of a scene.

The camera's high-sensitivity sensor is designed to support image capture in low-light conditions, making it useful for monitoring indoor environments during the day and evening.

Infrared Night Vision

For nighttime monitoring, the Xiaomi Smart Camera C701 uses 940nm infrared night vision with a stated range of up to 10 metres. The infrared system operates without a distracting visible red glow, which may be useful in bedrooms and other spaces where visible illumination is undesirable.

Actual visibility depends on the environment, distance, and placement of the camera.

AI-Powered Activity Detection

The camera includes several AI-supported detection functions intended to help users identify selected events around their home.

• Human Detection and Tracking: Detects people and supports tracking their movement.

• Pet Detection and Tracking: Supports detection and tracking of cats and dogs.

• Baby Crying Alerts: Detects crying sounds and can provide alerts.

• Loud-Noise Detection: Identifies loud sounds to help notify users of selected audio events.

According to the supplied specifications, AI processing takes place locally on the camera. This is designed to support responsive detection while keeping the specified AI processing on the device.

Detection performance may depend on camera placement, environmental conditions, software settings, and the type of activity.

360° Pan and Remote Camera Control

The C701 uses a dual-motor gimbal that supports 360° horizontal rotation and 109° vertical viewing. This allows users to change the camera's viewing direction remotely through the Xiaomi Home app.

Supported monitoring options include panoramic monitoring, timed monitoring, and fixed-area monitoring. These functions can help users configure the camera for different indoor spaces and monitoring routines.

Wi-Fi 6 and Two-Way Audio

The camera supports dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. Using a compatible network, this connection supports wireless access to the camera and its video feed.

Two-way communication is available through the Xiaomi Home app using the built-in speaker and noise-cancelling microphone. This allows users to speak and listen through the camera when away from the monitored location.

Bluetooth 5.4 is also listed in the supplied specifications. The camera additionally supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa where compatible devices, services, and regional availability permit.

Privacy and Recording Storage

The Xiaomi Smart Camera C701 includes physical lens shielding for situations when camera monitoring is not required. This provides a physical way to cover the lens rather than relying only on software controls.

For local recording, the camera supports microSD cards with capacities from 8GB to 256GB. Supported cloud and network storage options are also listed, although availability and service requirements may vary.

The Xiaomi Smart Camera C701 may be suitable for users who want to:
